可能是因为大家都在求租的关系

但是找个相对理想的房子真的不大容易啊。。
+ l0 M: O+ ?; ?' ]不是太贵就是很不理想
+ p( _$ }' t3 g4 g再要么就是自己的条件不符合。。。
0 i4 \, V- Z6 V1 i  r9 a* H唉。。。
总之找个房子租好难啊。。。

acutally same story for the landlord. Not easy to find a good tenant: reasonable clean and always pay on time.

I have one bedroom to rent: prefer female since so bad impression for current male tenant. Unless you are not terrible bad as him. Hehe....
