9 w& q( O& E+ a& d2 B$ z2 P- LCamp 2 – July 31 – August 11 (must attend an overnight camp on August 10 to 11)
Time:0915 to 1600(Regular Program Time)
* ^6 I% S4 S6 ]6 i8 y! C*might work in other time in some specific days

Program Coordinator:        Daniel SUEN


Duties:
' s5 f  p0 m, STo assist the T.A.N.G. Youth Program Coordinator by providing clerical and/or activities support in the followings:

 Distribution of promotion flyers to schools, churches, communities and relevant social agencies and professionals
( v  i0 C  k; _" { Take attendance if available
1 M: n# m6 ~+ h Provide positive modelling to youth
 Facilitate or assist in ice-breaking games and/or other activities
 Facilitate or assist in small group discussions
4 y$ T6 D$ S" a' T" m0 t" | Research activities related to the session’s topic upon advice of the Program Coordinator
% |' e6 R: j  h9 D4 t2 } Watch out on the safety of youth either in centre or fieldtrips
% e4 o: y4 E! V; T Report to the Program Coordinator for any doubts or concerns and/or any troubleshoot behaviour
0 [+ D3 h: C2 D$ `) H9 n Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program Coordinator
/ E3 ?8 j9 C( t" ~ Must follow guidelines or procedures stipulated in the manual/training
 Attend debriefing sessions/ongoing training
 Assist in program planning/design
 Any other program related tasks as assigned by the Program Coordinator

; v7 W9 F: R$ H3 ? Be open and willing to initiate and maintain a positive relationship with youths in the program, or youth who is matched on an one-on-one basis
 A team player, can get along well with other staff & volunteers
4 o9 a0 d& v+ o Concentrate efforts in the group session or activities over other distractions
6 R; ]' T0 x6 Y  \" _, { Able to work independently with minimum supervision
, r6 B6 ]) B* u" U# R# } Value building on strengths in children, youth and families
 Able to get along with youth and/or youth who might at risk
$ Y+ A6 v, p2 a% V: e! B1 f7 K1 @ Certain proficiency in English and Chinese
