是像国内包红包,还是送礼物呢?

Do your friends have a wedding registry checklist?

If they do, you can simple choose a gift on the checklist which fits your budget.

If they don't, you can buy a gift card from Southgate Shopping Centre or West Edmonton Mall.

Gift is better, if you really do not know what is suitble for them, gift card is another idea.

Lots of people buy gift at The Bay bacause it is a big store and more choise, if they do not like it, they can simply refund or exchange something else. Remember ask for gift recepit when you purchse it.

I bought a set of flatware(knives, forks and spoons) for my friend at The Bay, she like it very much.

还是买Gift Card比较好. 以前有一个朋友结婚注册, 邀请我参加, 因为想不出要买什么东西, 就买了张the bay的gift card. 后来那个朋友居然在婚礼的前一周取消了婚礼, 跟对象彻底拜拜了. 好在买的是gift card, 我就自己消费了. 不然当时已经过了退货期, 我要是买了啥用不着的东西退也不能退, 白白浪费几百刀才郁闷了.
