This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock. 6 L" m9 r. X& z p

Responsibilities
7 Y1 O+ B+ A$ g6 {; `) t, Q: @+ |• Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners o! e: s+ I2 X
• Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs: T7 t% ?# K: `. c( e
• Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
( C$ I& D) P* q" |4 K" d+ M• Coordinate program evaluation and report writing' h* {+ M5 |: W) M. Y9 s$ ]- S3 P/ @
5 @0 n$ [- h4 _6 W' v4 l4 {( J* L$ u
Preferred Qualifications
& \$ X2 m: p& N( y; b• Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
. j9 W0 X- x e1 d• Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse . `; X. z$ _3 I
• Experience in project management & report writing 8 w- {/ p# f% K2 ^& T# x( k5 T
• Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
