Position Summary:
: I( l: Y$ ]# m/ m/ m. q        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

: z. u! s- V3 j: `) w5 NResponsibilities
•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
& i2 A3 l2 [# o( o4 d/ F; Q4 o•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
* e7 p  [& R4 ]* C+ f( k0 C& I•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

  I  {- t; T1 Y1 qPreferred Qualifications
$ r9 d7 `" f8 {8 k8 \•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
& @' J- x, ~; W* k) s% d•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
& x2 ~7 e& P' R! z/ V•        Experience in project management & report writing
•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
