1 a0 ` E+ W( n This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock. . [4 U( Z8 G" Q/ W# J* f9 i

• Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners$ l& X! J2 I) `4 Q" v
• Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
, v0 [+ ^' E: Q& S" t• Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols! u. d& J' h* ?6 p9 q2 y$ I. ]
• Coordinate program evaluation and report writing% E4 ~( B2 I' K1 S- R4 P
2 q+ r0 x/ j: X7 `4 BPreferred Qualifications+ J; z3 m/ k4 t" i( C, }* z6 T
• Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field) }+ x, \+ _9 }4 X6 p+ T
• Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
4 Y* t6 j8 _- H• Experience in project management & report writing
1 n9 ?0 ^% g, k% ?$ M; @# r• Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
