Position Summary:
        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.
! @  j$ X" g3 z7 O; v9 S9 G6 j
Responsibilities
•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
+ c% _) R, `; U. X•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing
& w, s$ Q5 S! \1 k, }
Preferred Qualifications
- c8 i( Z( M' k% ]•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
•        Experience in project management & report writing
