§ Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
§ Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
3 q* I: D) W: r; W" C§ Assist Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
# \3 [4 i7 J) y4 b2 r§ Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

Preferred Education & Qualifications:
6 h! }0 E8 B7 c2 j§ High School Diploma
§ Valid Drivers License
§ 2 years of applicable experience in a similar role
( c9 G1 R0 {6 C/ x9 l/ Q§ Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge
§ Exceptional customer service and communication skills
9 m9 H8 Q0 j% D5 q; H( z§ Ability to use computers
1 I! ~* N. K3 f& t3 h§ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
