2 V6 T# X6 ~( O' J' x- promote the Centre’s ISP to community organizations, businesses, educational institutions, etc. by in-person presentations, phone or sending relevant information
7 o& ~2 r5 d- E" m3 Y4 P& B8 o6 F- promote ISP in various media: newspaper, radio, newsletter, etc.5 d6 t. D$ L7 O c' D: J; b
- develop or update brochures, pamphlets, information packages, etc. for ISP$ n0 a# B% c& E( j7 x q7 {
- provide support to ISP staff
1 p* J3 E9 C# g: u: A- recruit new members to the Newcomers Club and maintain existing members
9 S* j7 b; a6 w- s- promote, organize and coordinate the Newcomers Club’s activities* U1 e$ }& q' R/ v/ c
- outreach in different areas of the city where new immigrants are concentrated
0 f: o7 D" v! q% |, W" p4 |+ ~6 z- attend meetings relevant to ISP and outreach work to advocate issues and concerns of new immigrants
" Y G* u9 g: G6 A* s- adapt to a flexible working schedule to accommodate the program’s goals; t0 u9 V! x. j) U* n- Y9 w
- fulfill the goals and objectives of ISP as contracted by funder; k4 U, s+ g; g M, @1 V
- report writing, data collection, conduct evaluations, budget management, etc.
5 \/ M6 J5 b1 {8 A6 L( H* v$ m+ z. ~- recruit and coordinate volunteers to assist with outreach activities

- degree/diploma in social work/human services and eligibility to be registered to area of discipline; relevant experience with community services/projects/immigrants will be considered2 P5 S# H8 _- H( D
- knowledge of immigrant issues and concerns, community resources and services available' a1 m- Q8 U( \
- experience in working with community groups and community liaison workers0 ~' U" a5 N$ n
- good computer skills using Microsoft and Chinese software; }" _/ ?9 ]% M5 e, O
- speak & write Chinese (fluent in Mandarin preferred)

- good organizational and coordination skills% H: ?& E Z p, D
- valid driver’s license
