Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Position Summary
! D7 d' d4 {2 v0 c  B  dUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
2 S4 E2 ~" @" T' o& s8 t% Lplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
- g0 Y5 A9 p* x# f! I1 K/ CMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
3 x# L: K6 ]) z/ K
! v% B( i0 j1 d5 uTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

8 M# u' h2 I5 Y/ M, nJob Qualification
) c; l; V- o. r$ d, H' N7 e5 dMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
School)
# W5 L# ^, E5 `& s, g4 P0 gMust have supervisory experience
" O( j# W6 T* gMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
Must be computer literate
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
' ]7 h9 F" d( kMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
9 j7 V+ c; Z+ r1 ~Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
