    * Participate in the software/component development lifecycle
    * Participate in the analysis, design, code & testing of existing and new components
    * Follow the organization's software development processes including quality assurance and version control
    * Design/plan/perform maintenance, enhancement, development and testing tasks on new and existing in-house desktop and/or web applications.

* K, s8 @6 p; ]+ d( G! p' y    * MS SQL development and administration skills
: b- @- e1 h7 U% D7 e% M    * Excellent understanding of Object-oriented programming
    * Experience with Visual Studio
    * Ability to travel as required
