The cloth is soft and very smooth. It has a strap extending from the collar bone and it is being tied at the back. It is beautifully ocean blue and has a chain of flowers down to the hips. It has one strap on the left shoulder, which holds up the dress for those of you who don't like strapless dresses.- @! It has beautiful floral designs extending to the waist and puffs out a bit at the bottom. It is very shape flattering and brings out the waist.
