今天刚去看了Rutherford phase 7 Duplex 的show room， 感觉不错！请大家指教一下那个区怎么样？还有那些房子的质量怎么样？我也不知道那个builder, 好像是Pacesetter Home. 如果要买新建的房子，还有没有bargin 的余地啊？请各位高人指点！

一个朋友也介绍我去那个区看了，听她说这个builder不错，好像叫stunning or sterling somthing，他们以前的一个户型设计获过奖。我自己也过去看了
只是觉得Rutherford太远了，唉，看房子真是个头疼的事儿啊

) F  M, p( d* U: z6 \$ IBy their website, they have been in business for quite a long time. It's not a small one. But I heard of that sterling home has a better quality but a little bit more in price.

我看的那个builder好像是Pacesetter， sterling那些duplex好像大一点，1550sqf：330000. 是挺头疼的

) J  p8 o- p4 \They might still have a few lots for 1352 sq.ft duplex avalable. And it gives me an impression that sterling's design looks wilder. That's why I choose theirs.
