% Y3 A5 |- A# |Job Description/Main Duties:
4 Q4 u% ]& R( a4 L  M5 \-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
; c9 i8 T, L2 `" o3 `& ^-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
! w: q* s4 D% n: _7 F+ O2 V-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
-        Sell merchandise to customers
, r- R0 ^2 n2 }$ S; ]9 k" h/ \-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
4 u" P! }$ n1 J5 t% _# c, E0 X-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
) D3 G( U: k- o, F$ w/ g9 @" M-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
7 g: J1 M/ u" D8 L" g- a-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

-        Completion of secondary school is required
, m  s- l. o: `8 d2 J# _-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
