Duties
6 `1 y3 M- n; i; IAssists with the creation and implementation of computer software as directed by the project management team (includes leading edge machine learning techniques, robot control, gaming and simulation)
9 `9 @# g! b+ k* dProvides techical support to end-users as directed and is responsible for ensuring end-user usability and satisfaction when required7 I! i* i6 e& K5 C" F' g3 I" T& o
Performs other general programiming tasks such as building GUI (graphical user interfaces) front ends, etc. as directed
; y4 Q/ k: Y: q) ~- N' WPerforms related tasks as needed

Diploma in Computing Science; undergraduate degree in Computing Science preferred
6 Z) d( `- Y$ t4 oDemonstrated work experience with Web programming and scripting tools such as PHP and Perl, and mySQL database design and management; knowledge of MatLab, Weka and CVS repository system preferred
" b- b! |* J. TSolid knowledge of microcomputer operating systems (Windows XP as well as Unix/Linux); experience in other domains (Bioinformatics, electronic entertainment, ecommerce) an asset; Dynamic programming an asset
- X$ z% T$ m+ V7 ~, ZKnowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies preferred

Relevant programming experience using Java, C++, and other programming languages
