Assists with the creation and implementation of computer software as directed by the project management team (includes leading edge machine learning techniques, robot control, gaming and simulation)8 n9 L7 f. I# R. W" c5 B/ a
Provides techical support to end-users as directed and is responsible for ensuring end-user usability and satisfaction when required

Diploma in Computing Science; undergraduate degree in Computing Science preferred
; y, |1 l, d: w; L. {1 ~Demonstrated work experience with Web programming and scripting tools such as PHP and Perl, and mySQL database design and management; knowledge of MatLab, Weka and CVS repository system preferred8 h U! M) v$ E& W' z) h' j
Solid knowledge of microcomputer operating systems (Windows XP as well as Unix/Linux); experience in other domains (Bioinformatics, electronic entertainment, ecommerce) an asset; Dynamic programming an asset5 N( s2 g8 N9 p2 O
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies preferred

Relevant programming experience using Java, C++, and other programming languages
