■Manage and conduct a wide variety of geotechnical projects and investigations.
■Provide geotechnical engineering expertise on projects dealing with the design of roadways, railways, bridges, retaining walls and other transportation or foundation structural projects.
■Take a lead role in business development and client relationships
Experience and Education:
/ o, k3 ~( h$ Y; N& l9 s/ K■A graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical focus is very desirable.
■Competent in all facets of geotechnical engineering and materials testing.
■Experience in a consulting environment would be a definite asset.
■Experience with technical report writing, presentations, and meetings;
: j" p9 a& C* r3 X8 a% ^■Ability to supervise the construction of earthwork projects;
■Ability to undertake unsupervised geotechnical work with support from senior engineers in other offices.
; P- N3 I  t/ H$ X4 I7 _■Project management experience required as well as business development and marketing experience, including proposal writing.
3 K* p3 f0 M+ y9 ~& f3 D9 C■Must be eligible for registration with APEGGA.
