Administration officials have long argued that there is no evidence school speed zones reduce the danger for children.

% O2 _0 @4 |0 q"This is simply adding it to our set of solutions," Rick Millican, general manager of transportation, said. "Council is not saying if they approve it, put a school zone everywhere someone wants on.
