The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre. 4 Y, P, T/ Y: P! }% B% u

Job Responsibilities:

Reception:
1 ]% y' c+ T: ?. T0 V' F• Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required5 |+ L2 l) U2 u* E" e9 v% I r
• Answer multi line telephone system

Administration:
1 j+ I; i' W8 i g6 A& B- m/ s: h G• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads0 ?' z0 G2 G8 k: a. ]; I1 D
• File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits' m0 D% i9 N, {7 j" {9 l
• Input and manage high volume of data
4 ~# f4 U& c3 m! m, u8 _, |4 ?3 {• Update and maintain databases
3 R3 j* o0 B6 \6 O• Generate monthly reports and statistics
) }! w! t3 ]4 H2 b0 B8 u7 N• Organize and directly support group materials and documentation
% m% A, E6 _9 w• Process payments and complete weekly deposits/ j8 F$ _$ {6 m8 M( {" X+ w! n( a
• Write and revise business correspondence and forms2 z( H; o6 A5 R' T. x% Z
• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors! g5 K' x1 L- f) S" ]( x) x1 e5 h
• Thorough knowledge of services and programs offered by the Counselling Centre. ?! u% i$ P' I% }- A: I
• Ability to handle inquiries about programs and services to other community agencies and to clients

( o a6 y8 t3 t- ?5 l! u* I• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure
6 C6 `7 y8 }. L: o3 w• Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS
3 S; b0 _! `6 S' T$ Q, H/ q• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3 P. R# \$ Y9 S* t3 F• Detail orientated and ensure accuracy in work

• Strong customer service skills
