The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre. ; z# _; c2 H! ?% C, p- Y

This is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with working hours from 8:30AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday. The Service Coordinator reports to the Manager of the Counselling Centre and supports a diverse team.( T0 @* y, ^9 h b4 Q

Reception:
9 j; l1 K1 @7 N) a$ V4 r A6 R3 u• Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required

3 _5 y3 I @- t: F* z5 P• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads
! d; \5 C4 H' R* c v# |5 i• File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits
/ ^% T6 J5 f8 D5 Q$ v• Input and manage high volume of data* `4 H% \* C( g$ U1 E
• Update and maintain databases2 w( d+ x: ?, n: ^
• Generate monthly reports and statistics, a& N! d# {( B W
• Organize and directly support group materials and documentation
6 a8 _! m# K; v3 N• Process payments and complete weekly deposits+ ]( l* j! n( U; P( L
• Write and revise business correspondence and forms! H' T, O0 o; @1 G/ R: a1 e" t
• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors
+ V+ X( m# w) G• Thorough knowledge of services and programs offered by the Counselling Centre
* Y% b. Q. J5 K8 \5 B$ O• Ability to handle inquiries about programs and services to other community agencies and to clients2 M4 x9 j- D2 I

• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure
' R# m1 N) Z5 g9 V• Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS

• Detail orientated and ensure accuracy in work; o# E x" W6 H6 c5 R0 F3 K# {
