The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre. % r6 l$ m- I) q# b
s9 w* @0 Z: F* oThis is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with working hours from 8:30AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday. The Service Coordinator reports to the Manager of the Counselling Centre and supports a diverse team.

" K4 ^) W. y) }5 g• Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required! b5 _% \) k: \
• Answer multi line telephone system c* u, v5 W" M0 s( W$ J
1 y- k1 A9 K8 a- a+ zAdministration:4 _+ K8 g9 `; L: e7 V$ d
• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads6 i) X$ n9 a( c9 Z4 c0 o* k
• File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits
- s6 J$ C8 Q A3 ]9 G: e• Input and manage high volume of data
5 c' n ` D/ m& x4 q9 q) D• Update and maintain databases

• Organize and directly support group materials and documentation2 u1 |# Q" j7 I1 q3 m+ ?% v9 c9 b
• Process payments and complete weekly deposits' g8 p0 N: ?. \2 J
• Write and revise business correspondence and forms
4 b. A. y- d) d: j• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors

• Ability to handle inquiries about programs and services to other community agencies and to clients

Qualifications:
) q8 H# t* }1 _ W1 w
( d9 U3 P: B: Q/ b. {0 C. f$ o+ b/ H• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure0 Z! S+ r' E$ q9 L( ~
• Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS
$ ~ } L8 o/ t• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
0 F5 T9 I) z0 t# w5 Z; ?% h• Detail orientated and ensure accuracy in work) N8 L& \3 }4 V% v1 B
• Able to interact positively with a diverse population5 a% {* \* H. Z8 v
• Strong customer service skills
