- e6 ?; p$ c8 H6 F( r2 G( ^services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing
their development.

1 t7 C  u1 O4 Z- f4 y$ UTagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
- j  a, D& p5 V0 L7 w7 A) khand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
' z% a2 N7 t" p4 H% n2 _7 nyouth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
# j( S1 D7 c9 ]3 C; }& Q4 ain the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
6 o9 |; e5 n: F5 m; H9 l, Qare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
+ `) s/ ^/ L9 I6 k5 rbalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
3 A" E" P! A% M' E* [, c9 K3 Faccountable to the project coordinator.

The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
7 [# F9 G% M9 l# q. Wschedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
  B0 ?) C4 S4 R# {3 [& z9 bdesirable.

Qualifications  
0 d/ ]4 n$ _" |6 W# T: p) ]18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills  
+ b' ~. e* g+ s% F6 RKeen ability to organize and lead
Regular attendance at meetings  
0 P; a% U2 i8 `7 e: M4 g2 M, kRelate well with other youth and adults
# \. f8 L. V8 g6 _" `9 t/ ^Willing to be mentored and trained

$15 per hour plus benefits
