Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
) h& I: n9 u9 @# mservices to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing

Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
3 P. I+ q2 D: U# K9 rhand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
( G0 \; }' W c6 \, ~Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
" g1 l& s7 C8 N! q n e* A) ayouth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved 3 j6 h; P5 z: A, H! r. w
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
t2 M& n2 Y: s9 d+ [' L7 g* N$ Mare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events, ) [( ` O+ D7 c3 ]0 p7 `
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
& M. j3 h4 ]& A+ e' Caccountable to the project coordinator.

The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own - V: q3 m$ Z- K8 A) H0 r7 m6 m
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is 5 ~$ D& F- p& |/ I: s& ~
desirable.

18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills % `( i f N. i4 q
Keen ability to organize and lead
