Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach ( x# w y2 s; d, ^1 l: c
services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing

' A0 @" W& p8 ?0 W5 i' b& xTagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
4 H) u0 v2 N$ h9 V; T whand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth ! U0 c, R2 t; g& f
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a & `: H7 U7 S3 s/ z6 K) B5 R
youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved 8 s* ^& M2 k) q0 c4 _
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You - M0 X) K) b: F( K* v! x; g9 f c* f
are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
. J8 D- u6 K" o+ Y- z1 Q+ _balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be 8 n& R4 }! ^0 l9 z. e, d" `9 ~
accountable to the project coordinator. , G; N3 b: N8 T! q

The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own 0 Z4 d8 b Z# a; C, n
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is 3 i3 P1 t* {% K6 C9 {; ]7 ^5 c) A
desirable.

Qualifications
2 D3 V- O# X2 T; q18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills 2 H R% A6 [) @0 m
Keen ability to organize and lead
4 V/ o: v _* w" `- G8 F% m# ^Regular attendance at meetings
$ A' }! g; z$ p' B9 v7 T# }Relate well with other youth and adults
0 U- _& N# n# d2 |; n& J. n8 JWilling to be mentored and trained

Salary
