Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
; z" e/ G+ f" p9 w2 |" Bservices to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing

Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first % k6 N4 q. i: a0 C! r% K ]
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
: p! y( g# j7 B1 U- D( sEmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a + b/ {" Q% d/ i9 ?) q$ B& ^! _
youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved 1 D; i; b# z8 }* O5 ~9 [9 l+ z
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You 6 {" J4 j% H1 y8 R+ U5 \
are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events, 6 B# S1 I5 _$ v* z. g
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
: E2 A* z- I& H; n6 @. Daccountable to the project coordinator.

8 J, X4 [" O' aThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own 3 o& K+ b; d* c3 K
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is * ]5 Y& Z8 w. b/ ^5 p- D! |" D) ^
desirable.

18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills * b% G+ L, e% g6 P) K$ O$ r
Keen ability to organize and lead
+ @& z. H4 ?' G8 fRegular attendance at meetings
2 o' i- B$ G. y+ K2 M$ g6 j( `) LRelate well with other youth and adults : z& \3 y2 ?" V6 {2 ~' i, Z, a7 L
Willing to be mentored and trained
