Job Description
•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
* B/ l, y, M9 e  P2 }: p  c$ R•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
) c( @: P& e  z•        Serve food and beverages
8 ~; Y2 z. T% O9 v8 z: L1 X•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
7 r" q7 `! m1 A1 {) _7 t; E•        Banquet room set up/tear down
•        Cleaning of work area
•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards

•        Completion of secondary school is required
•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required

•        Strong interpersonal skills
8 z; `8 V8 y5 a9 K; T- V•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
•        Ability to work shift work including evenings and weekends
