Job Description
' T" |) B- g$ x3 \7 Q. f7 s•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
) l! u( K# v6 l. e0 f2 t' T•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
•        Serve food and beverages
•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
•        Banquet room set up/tear down
" S& v- k/ h3 ]# K3 z- @. D  k•        Cleaning of work area
•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
  [( R0 E# L- X+ ]0 z•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards

: I4 \. H6 P* N: i) L•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required

•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player

•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
•        Ability to work shift work including evenings and weekends
