1 k4 Q G7 D! t1 P• Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages % p v }, g1 w; M- Y
• Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
( S r& w( c3 N% K! V0 n! @• Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals

• Present bill to patrons and accept payment ^' L* n" S# A* Y

• Assist in off-site catering functions as required

• Completion of secondary school is required
