•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
; H& e* c; j& h0 I2 {' }5 [•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
6 Y+ a, o" b. r& p; v8 O6 u•        Serve food and beverages
•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
•        Banquet room set up/tear down
4 b4 M- b" C# T2 u) p•        Cleaning of work area
•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
; `' f) F! g% S/ u! a7 w•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards

Employment requirements
  l: U% U! ?4 q- c9 X" J. S- x•        Completion of secondary school is required
  F" A' y- `( h•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
•        Must be able to communicate effectively
•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player  
•        Strong interpersonal skills
•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
•        Ability to work shift work including evenings and weekends
