-Answer multi-line phone calls professionally, politely and directing the calls correctly.
6 b$ [% P( Y4 u-Assist with providing counter services and act as relieve to the other Immigrant Services Worker2 C3 u% P- u7 `
-Reports to the program manager and provides clerical support to all members of the ISP team J n3 z" m/ \4 {- h% O6 b. L
-Helping Immigrants with Language Barriers to interpret and explain English letters, pamphlets, notices in Cantonese or Mandarin as requested by the client
: o" ?6 ~% K- x, t: c6 a-Train and supervise volunteers at front counter or reception* X; i/ D0 R0 P# c ?7 n, `* D
0 O0 n+ k( A% @3 E3 s1 c3 p$ i# M8 mQualifications:. b8 Q! G5 z, L2 E
-High school diploma or above, two years or more related work experience9 a0 D) Z* L& }) J( s. s$ r% H
-Exceptional customer service skills, ability to handle multi-task requirement 6 v7 Q; x9 q4 e
-Works well under pressure, ability to work well independently as well as in a team& O5 I# X% T* x! A
-Good oral and written communication in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and willing to learn one of the Chinese dialects if only proficient in one
