• Representation at area production meetings to report and address machinery issues.
• Trend machinery component failures and develop solutions for improving mean time between failures.
• Liaison with maintenance, operations, technical, vendor and EPC representatives.
2 w' c! O& H) u, b4 Y• Assist with condition monitoring programs such as vibration and lube analysis.
• Troubleshooting, problem solving and root cause failure analysis.
% F: Q& }, j' @" h0 f• Equipment criticality analysis and equipment care plan development.
