% f( v8 ^; J2 {7 S• Familiarize with the assigned process units
5 V4 ~% @+ r; @. a• Support the process engineer/contact engineer in the process monitoring of the assigned unit.
• Reconcile unit material balance, energy consumption, utility consumption, chemical consumptions, yield etc.
$ j" r4 {5 Q% i+ g1 p! f• Assist with incident investigations by way of data gathering, determining sequence of events etc.
5 b3 H$ |' ?' t. z5 h• Publish daily/weekly/monthly performance reports on selected areas of plant operation
• Use simulation tools to simulate existing process operations.
• Undertake different jobs assigned time to time by process/contact engineers
