7 H5 A" g4 O2 ^* P) h9 {+ qment as it pertains to payroll, benefits, recruitment process, morale, and conflict resolution.
" C+ w" L$ Y6 E/ ]2 _& ?! _# \The duties and responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:
6 W, D, m4 P, c* U- z4 RŸ  Assist Directors and management staff in the recruitment and selection of personnel into
! I- z4 V% _9 s) c/ c/ Qthe organization;
Ÿ Primarily responsible for all payroll administration;
$ m2 y' R3 \5 G. `6 X4 wŸ Assist management staff in the interview process by providing guidance and technical
$ l. A' V3 G7 c% U: c& Z( i+ s' ]support;
Ÿ Promoting the County to employees using programs designed to increase morale, and
implementing staff wellness programs;
7 i, {' G7 S' Y) k2 MŸ Responsible to oversee equitable and fair termination processes of County employees;
* q8 u" d6 S, s0 {Ÿ Administer, process, and maintain company Group Benefits/Pension plans for personnel;
Ÿ Prepare budget for personnel operations and follow through with County Sustainability Plan;
Ÿ Other duties as required.
1 E& r0 D" ?5 mQualifications:
Ÿ Post secondary education in human resource management, or a combination of equivalent
+ y% D; M7 \' t* A) deducation and experience;
) H5 o' I) S9 Q1 e( ~" e& `0 JŸ A minimum 3 to 5 years experience in human resource management;
0 \+ \. [7 R* g: W7 ]. C4 kŸ Must be very personable and approachable to staff;
Ÿ Must possess excellent conflict resolution skills and effective communication skills, both
verbal and written.
Lac La Biche County offers a comprehensive health and dental benefits package.  Salary Range
( o7 y- F1 e. M3 ~$71,690.77 - $88,789.06.  Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.

successful candidate will be required to provide a criminal records check with vulnerable sector,
driver's abstract, and medical assessment.  Candidates will be advised of this requirement at the
