Lac La Biche County is hiring for the full-time position of Manager, Human Resources. The
  Y9 ?7 E# J: ?0 C" |" m2 D' AManager of Human Resources is responsible for providing assistance to all staff and manage-
- I* p7 P+ f! \$ cment as it pertains to payroll, benefits, recruitment process, morale, and conflict resolution.
The duties and responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:
$ W  U9 F9 i! K. q% i/ tŸ  Assist Directors and management staff in the recruitment and selection of personnel into
% i) h% x6 u2 S0 Z5 d/ Q3 T$ J# C+ `  |, Nthe organization;
Ÿ Primarily responsible for all payroll administration;
8 f9 M) P( l. B4 K% }$ p4 }) FŸ Assist management staff in the interview process by providing guidance and technical
support;
Ÿ Promoting the County to employees using programs designed to increase morale, and
3 H' d- e% h. r' \implementing staff wellness programs;
! Q$ d7 j5 u  F: m: f! K1 rŸ Responsible to oversee equitable and fair termination processes of County employees;
Ÿ Administer, process, and maintain company Group Benefits/Pension plans for personnel;
Ÿ Prepare budget for personnel operations and follow through with County Sustainability Plan;
Ÿ Other duties as required.

Ÿ Post secondary education in human resource management, or a combination of equivalent
education and experience;
Ÿ A minimum 3 to 5 years experience in human resource management;
! F8 v% ~0 z. y* w/ W7 FŸ Must be very personable and approachable to staff;
* a% Y/ P. @' o3 b7 KŸ Must possess excellent conflict resolution skills and effective communication skills, both
( [( O0 Q6 ~( Rverbal and written.
Lac La Biche County offers a comprehensive health and dental benefits package.  Salary Range
: f  X  k6 W$ W  }2 Q, M/ L$71,690.77 - $88,789.06.  Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.  
In accordance with Lac La Biche County's Human Resources Management Policy, the
successful candidate will be required to provide a criminal records check with vulnerable sector,
