想又大又便宜的，那就试试Millwoods吧或者118ave东部区域，只有这两处的房子不会因为很大而很贵。;)

10 年左右的房子还是容易找得到，如果你不一定选择SOUTH SIDE的话，在NORTH SIDE 有一个叫OXYFORD 也不错，WESTEND 还有一些新区。

二十万以下很难在好地区买到又大（200m2)又新（10年以内）的房子，至少要23万以上。

沙发等能搬动的东西不包括。厨房里的橱子包括。但冰箱，炉子洗碗机等电器要看他写没写出来。有的还包括窗帘。

I live in riverband area. City's appraisals for property taxes for houses here that are over 10 years old and around 200 square meters in size are all over $250,000.00. In general, city's appraisal should be lower than the market price.

New houses in Whitemud ridge that are 150 square meter in size and use standard interior marterial should cost around $200,000.00. My friend is building a new house, 2150 square feet in size with some updates for interior, estimated cost is $280,000.00.

I would say houses in riverband have more poential for quicker sale and better price.

The elementry schools and junior high school here are good too.
