Supports a team that is responsible for developing and maintaining desktop and on-line applications using Oracle databases, Oracle tools (Forms and Reports 6i), and Java in various flavors% X! L8 F; X/ w* k; ^% K
Modifies forms and reports according to client specifications' a0 ~9 e/ o0 O# J
Creates and modifies web-based front ends using Java, JSP and Struts
]& `" J0 J3 Y/ ?6 o7 ~7 vAssists in the conversion of applications from older Oracle tools to an Oracle Application Server environment5 ~: r; A1 d x; a/ b# m, F
Qualifications
& V- w8 p! Y1 I# `( Y3 k+ \# e4 ]B.Sc. in Computing Science; equivalent experience considered/ v: x" D+ B' W! p; c8 [
Several years related experience in a similar environment
# ^% S, h9 m h* \' WKnowledge and experience in Java, JSP, Struts, Eclipse, Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle Forms/Reports 6i4 W7 |2 k% X7 r1 m9 E% u
Knowledge and exposure to Oracle Application Server Enterprise Edition 10g and Oracle Forms and Reports 10g would be a definite asset
