Supports a team that is responsible for developing and maintaining desktop and on-line applications using Oracle databases, Oracle tools (Forms and Reports 6i), and Java in various flavors
* G! _. W" |( D' hModifies forms and reports according to client specifications
) @& ~$ l0 F2 V% K6 U w" QCreates and modifies web-based front ends using Java, JSP and Struts7 N: I5 }1 O0 n F3 ]* M ?" M
Assists in the conversion of applications from older Oracle tools to an Oracle Application Server environment% L2 {4 \8 X7 r) x" s, D7 Z
Qualifications: ], l0 }( i: C& P, s# E
B.Sc. in Computing Science; equivalent experience considered% d, w# X8 n8 y2 F4 T2 L
Several years related experience in a similar environment
; }% n D R# c, X1 E9 y5 L( vKnowledge and experience in Java, JSP, Struts, Eclipse, Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle Forms/Reports 6i
# e x" a/ L: \ T1 ?# A5 I& L* cKnowledge and exposure to Oracle Application Server Enterprise Edition 10g and Oracle Forms and Reports 10g would be a definite asset/ p, D- t5 p' C
Excellent communication (oral and written), organizational and time management skills, accuracy and attention to detail
