A 13-month-old Edmonton toddler died Saturday morning in a local hospital, two days after being admitted in critical condition. Homicide detectives charged a 44-year-old man with second-degree murder in the little boy’s death. 3 [ \1 s9 d9 |2 Z, n

The baby was brought to the hospital at 10 a.m. Thursday with serious injuries. Hospital staff alerted police and social services to his life-threatening condition. 1 J0 w; P* p3 x( ^) t% K
