Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
Post-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
Adult education background
Experience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
, |3 ?6 B, S, G9 c: |7 vAbility to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
  I+ O- y8 x& R+ FExtensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
Computer proficiency
* ^' O* A5 S# Q: Q$ t! }Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
5 K) B: |, y) ?% cUnderstanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
1 s, _; Y: e' d: eDemonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
Display positive self-concept
