Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
Post-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.

4 l, z+ q5 I. q9 T' k: f, TExperience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
Ability to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
Extensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
! ^  u6 Z) a3 b+ c# S! S7 GComputer proficiency
Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
( g4 T' v4 h7 L7 ~/ XUnderstanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
+ c7 }3 r) C( Y/ i3 o9 BDemonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
4 V) o# a0 o7 A6 nDisplay positive self-concept
Possess excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills
