; Z3 T/ H0 @# L0 F4 b. y1 N$ ~Adult education background
) j9 A9 ?, L, o, R/ f' K, V* tExperience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
5 K5 f5 X9 Y5 j+ `7 p2 m; UAbility to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
4 d4 z/ f0 H+ u3 kExtensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
  }" _6 @4 {% gComputer proficiency
Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
) x: k4 R. d" a7 `4 C# ]Understanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
1 M2 X& V. {( w. F# B+ b/ FDemonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
Display positive self-concept
Possess excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills
Professional appearance and presentation
