Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
Post-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
& K4 ?* y8 z  p+ o7 |Adult education background
5 B/ B6 \1 e1 P; vExperience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
Ability to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
; C, a6 i- I: d! r/ F% p. fExtensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
Computer proficiency
4 \; C0 `8 ?( v5 R5 H7 xStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills
Understanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
Demonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
) R+ h& D) N& ?, I8 j$ W$ N8 u( aDisplay positive self-concept
Possess excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills
Professional appearance and presentation
