Our Employment/Career Counselors provide professional support and assistance to our customers as they work towards meeting their employment needs. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
Post-Secondary education in career development, human resources or related fields
Understanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role
6 |; h( o6 B' [, F- L, |: A% mExperience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
# {  S7 ~1 G! QExperience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments
+ Y3 O2 k/ z+ q% ^3 a- [Current knowledge of greater Edmonton labour market
