Our Employment/Career Counselors provide professional support and assistance to our customers as they work towards meeting their employment needs. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
0 Z A9 _- N. Z' n! MPost-Secondary education in career development, human resources or related fields # w& P& _1 T2 V; Q R: X) m
Understanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role
, ~2 c5 q1 M: F. a, N. X8 o/ OExperience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants ) H9 r1 q3 U( Z8 H
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
