Post-Secondary education in career development, human resources or related fields 9 ?; Q; v0 M7 W. i
Understanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role
' j8 O# J3 i8 f9 bExperience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants
1 y, @9 i( \5 a+ Q1 b8 }2 L' zExcellent communication and negotiation skills
