0 M1 j; C1 C" o+ f3 APost-Secondary education in career development, human resources or related fields 6 n$ V# F' s- b3 V0 T' u; x+ {$ P) x
Understanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role 4 K; v2 h# u |# e1 t
Experience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants
3 k0 r; b6 ^; c1 W7 ]0 X7 q8 g) f# X, RExcellent communication and negotiation skills
* y4 f, F `1 n6 ]# I, W$ \Experience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments
