Post-Secondary education in career development, human resources or related fields
j0 z; A- P4 |5 e- D" B7 t% GUnderstanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role
( ~# N$ W8 z/ H+ l& O' yExperience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants

Experience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments 7 X9 s$ y0 w. M& m. V7 |
