报名需要信息
name，email，telephone number，是否UA student或staff， alumni（不是学生需要交membership fee，好像是$12）， onecard number？

, }0 [2 {" t$ p. |男子三对三排球，报名时间9月10日，需至少3名male player，报名费$20每队。
" v( S9 {7 _* A8 L* o; \6 ]比赛时间9月20-10月20日，每周一和周三晚上，共四周。

Levels:
0 S' k3 I) F5 y5 Z4 Z2 aRecreational:  These teams are composed of players with no prior competitive volleyball experience.
5 _5 K# i& ~" L1 KSemi-Competitive:  These teams will have a mixture of skill levels on their team.  It is intended for teams composed of  a mixture of skill levels or with players who play pick-up on a regular basis or who may have played in high school.
8 J/ j$ l; l1 @7 v8 wCompetitive:  For teams with players who played on their high school squad or who still currently play on a team (ie. City league, etc.)

男女混合排球，报名时间10月5日，需至少男女各3人，报名费$70每队。
比赛时间10月20-12月8日，每周一至四某个晚上，报名时需要选周几固定下来。
