Can Shoppers 15x points and 8,000 Points combined this Friday?

Shoppers has buy $50 get 8,000 points Mon.-Fri., and for this weekend, they have 15x or 15% off when you buy $50. I am wondering if the downtown shoppers will combine the two events together on Friday. Does anyone know?
