SALES CLERKS

1 v6 J% K) h! \$ X" h5 T  PEvery full or part time sales clerk is responsible for the proper and efficient
4 ]% `  ~8 s- Loperation of his or her shift, within company policy in such a manner as to ensure
/ c+ ~- @% I; X& B5 Kthat the shift contributes to the increased profitability of the store while serving
8 x; K; D& d; o7 T: k2 ~% k0 H* ]customers with exceptional customer service. All sales clerks report directly to
the Store Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
  w2 H* x% e6 B' T+ }# _) i' I! o, @Customer Service
- i( R7 w& F* A1 ^• Provide all customers with prompt and courteous service
9 _/ q  v" p; X% r3 A1 h• Assist customers find what they are looking for
( P2 T* P, {! C" ^# E• Receive and fill orders for clubs, restaurants, and hotels as required
8 d, v. c' l2 q; |: O• Make every effort to find merchandise for customers if an item is not in
5 R8 A  `, T$ \stock
• Screen for intoxication and check identification for any customer who
looks under 25 years of age
+ i; h$ A- Y) Q: q/ WStore Responsibilities
5 I# y% U% M! d! ]: o6 ~9 F' T• Operate point of sale terminal to make sales and look up products
9 k+ L3 ~# v1 C' X• Stock shelves in accordance with company merchandising standards
• Assist in receiving and storing merchandise
• Keep the store, stockroom and restrooms clean
• Help monitor inventory levels – item counts at tills and hourly counts
• Protect company assets at all times
• Close the store (key holders)

1 X. P0 V8 ]0 c% R: `• High School graduate
3 }* P. i' a# r0 w: E, L7 t' ~6 m• Criminal record check.
1 R0 |5 f/ y3 P• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
0 d( H$ R1 x4 o% W2 @: w1 A( u• Good problem solving skills
" i& T: T* Q4 B0 q1 Z: p• Ability to adapt quickly and react positively to business needs and
& O0 M% u0 ]9 Wchanges in strategies
Working Conditions

* ~. E% h/ |, H• Available for shift work Sunday – Saturdays, days and evenings
" e0 v5 A$ p8 C• Able to safely lift boxes up to 50 pounds
* G% Q' |9 g% O/ c8 j- [& s5 V• Standing for extended periods of time
• Comfortable climbing ladders
