Job Purpose
. ?5 @  s- M, W( w0 fEvery full or part time sales clerk is responsible for the proper and efficient
+ _8 K- u' q  Y2 P- L* e$ m. poperation of his or her shift, within company policy in such a manner as to ensure
0 ^1 T7 S" F* x. X) V1 ]4 Z8 wthat the shift contributes to the increased profitability of the store while serving
customers with exceptional customer service. All sales clerks report directly to
the Store Manager.

Customer Service
' J* `3 t1 M) ~; a8 b( d• Provide all customers with prompt and courteous service
• Assist customers find what they are looking for
• Receive and fill orders for clubs, restaurants, and hotels as required
# [  F3 L6 {. L: M: j. W• Make every effort to find merchandise for customers if an item is not in
stock
* I+ z2 O7 L% }: u7 E• Screen for intoxication and check identification for any customer who
looks under 25 years of age
" U: p' Y* R4 c6 y, A/ C: G8 qStore Responsibilities
  ^- n7 P2 T5 {) V• Operate point of sale terminal to make sales and look up products
, e  [/ K. i# w8 }• Stock shelves in accordance with company merchandising standards
' l2 _# D: |& P  @2 `• Assist in receiving and storing merchandise
• Keep the store, stockroom and restrooms clean
• Help monitor inventory levels – item counts at tills and hourly counts
• Protect company assets at all times

• Other tasks as assigned by Store or Assistant Manager

• High School graduate
' d, z2 a2 A4 q  u• Criminal record check.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good problem solving skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and react positively to business needs and
changes in strategies

• Fast paced environment

Physical Requirements
• Available for shift work Sunday – Saturdays, days and evenings
4 W2 t! [7 q  W( H( H4 F• Able to safely lift boxes up to 50 pounds
& _" c, w) \/ ^• Standing for extended periods of time
" G- }6 V) I: ~% }5 y) L• Comfortable climbing ladders
