$ I1 S+ ]/ ~$ s Gas Development is comprised of natural gas business development, Enbridge investments in existing gas infrastructure and investments in long-term gas development initiatives.  The Group currently manages investments totaling $1 billion, with earnings of approximately $100 million.   This new Senior Business Advisor position will report directly to the Director Finance & Control, Gas Development.  The position will work closely with Business Development Management to ensure financial planning models for existing businesses reflect the most current commercial & economic outlooks.  This position will also develop initial financial models, and analyze risks and opportunities, related to potential new businesses identified by Gas Development.

" L1 H1 ~% G( C( p; N. S Maintain and analyze financial models of existing Gas Development investments to ensure financial performance meets corporate expectations; where appropriate, identify opportunities to optimize commercial values;

Work closely with Gas Development Management to ensure financial models reflect current commercial contracts and economic / financial outlooks;

1 M1 f' ]0 h* QOngoing risk assessment and determine impacts for financial planning;

4 h" h0 a7 S, }6 uLiaise with senior financial representatives from partners/JVs to ensure an understanding of key financial/commercial issues and the impact to financial results and forecasts;

' u! @' z6 w; o7 i6 [* xWorking closely with Gas Development Management, will develop initial financial models and evaluations of natural gas infrastructure opportunities valued in the range of $100 million to $1 billion+;

Work closely with Senior Advisors/Managers of Corporate Development & Investment Review to ensure consistency of financial evaluation techniques for new opportunities and ensure clear and timely communication of project risks and opportunities;
Manage the input of various Corporate Departments in assessing new and existing capital investments;

7 {: A# a# l/ C% E& n$ hProvide financial support for investment proposals to Senior Gas Division & Enbridge Management;

  k' V4 ?3 b" l# }Specific responsibilities include: preparation and review of financial models; managing the financial assessment of commercial structures and operating environments, provide advice on key financial assumptions; and assess opportunities & risks of current / proposed investments; determination of asset values/bid prices; use of appropriate valuation methodologies; and due diligence reviews.

Assist Director in developing and analyzing financial results and forecasts (annual budgets, forecasts, and long range plan).

" T" @. ~2 W9 r  r# z/ ~6 @- { Business/Finance Degree coupled with an MBA, CFA or accounting designation.

5 J" s- A0 r, ?  p/ P10-15 years financial experience at progressively senior analyst/advisor levels within the energy industry;

. e. g% T3 z# v) HGas industry experience preferred;
! r3 T7 {. H, b7 f8 T
7 K$ Y; `" M" _! K1 m; x* G) lExtensive experience in financial analysis, accounting, financial planning or strategic planning;

# s7 ?9 Z9 s8 D8 J( P* w9 _" pExperience in business evaluations and due diligence with respect to large scale energy projects;

Strong business acumen, collaboration and interpersonal skills;

A high degree of personal initiative;
