3 ]5 o: P- H1 W6 ?( {: IReporting to the Mechanical Engineer, the successful candidate is responsible for providing Mechanical (HVAC) Design guidance and support to the Design Team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
        Working with a team of draftspersons, designers and engineers, prepare drawings, specifications, and bill of materials for projects
        Review, develop and improve processes and procedures
+ g) `9 L5 B, }. l# q: D        Research and develop efforts to improve product designs and costs
$ m' g0 H  ?1 w) _. e        Make sure all information is included on drawings, specifications and drawings requested by the manufacturing group and clients
! ]  z( V! k4 j- p- N+ y# X3 Z! Z) ]
# g, N0 j4 ~* WQUALIFICATIONS:
•        Graduate of a technical institute or mechanical trade journeyman
$ r: D$ @3 q  w% O: r•        Minimum 2 years experience in design/drafting of HVAC systems for    residential or commercial buildings
•        Minimum 5 years experience working as a HVAC journeyman
•        Experience in HVAC systems commissioning and air balancing is an asset
•        Understanding of the Bill of Material generation process
•        Understanding of drafting and design specifications for projects
•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
