person to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
Southgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

9 Z: T/ q$ K4 Z; LI live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
: F8 D: `( s6 e% l7 kbe paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
0 k+ a6 E' A; k30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
1 x8 o! t* G. }# rmonths, so it is still quite clean.

You can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
6 U3 O' k% E" [9 f& W7 f7 g6 Vcheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
after Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
lease required.
