I am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
5 J# w: U0 e, @* k6 ^person to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
3 w& r: F) k: g; U1 h; C( g: [* \(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
Southgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

I live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
3 P- N9 v( e) k+ a& d0 W) @# Z$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
be paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
. W/ H- f( k% P  |months, so it is still quite clean.

cheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
9 t+ L1 `* j7 a1 M; L3 {after Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
lease required.
