Specific responsibilities
' u3 m) _# _# g, W- Prospect and cold call on new business, maximize marketing opportunities
- Organize and perform the activity of brand promotion
9 }" x6 ]" E' O" c% h- Build brand famousness and favorite among custom community.
- Maintain partnership programs with customers
+ U# P* U) u' w; Y# j: n- Review and respond customer inquiries
- s7 M8 K0 A# S! t0 B: p9 e- prepare marketing plans for new market segments
" o2 L+ `. O  t* v- Attend marketing meetings, set objectives
6 T! z3 d8 M, X( R- Proposals and presentations
; H2 J1 B; B  A0 h- Project management, budget preparation (team work)
( M$ f5 C& H, s9 i" @5 S! F! h- Identify potential commercial risks
- Clarify and answer commercial questions after the quotations
& `2 N* J$ {) l& O- Make research and selection of the targeting market, and organize to make the annual market development plan.
- Prepare the marketing research report regularly
$ E0 ?- j; S3 m( R, h- Effectiveness of costs control of marketing development
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education certificate (ideally from administration, marketing, and/or engineering)
- 3+ years successful related experience background
7 h7 R) T, g( Z1 x" ?- Previous working experience in China would be an asset
8 Q5 q* P. M+ h0 v6 |% G- Flexible for travel within the China, and North America or Europe occasionally.
9 {( F9 Y! U- ?7 H9 T5 c" m8 [6 s- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Chinese language skills are an asset.
- Outgoing, confident, consultative rapport builder
* x- k# A/ L- l- Effective closing and follow up skills, project management
- Responsible and accountable
6 B& K0 u# U5 R! |) [- Self-managed and able to work independently
