The way to resolve this is to have the user open Internet Explorer and go to
+ ~) ]! F2 Y2 gTools -> Internet Options+ v2 L5 j$ i1 c! o H9 E l9 I
Click the Connections Tab' y; h+ q: S- S: k8 ]% {$ a
Click the the "Lan Settings" button3 y- s, ~# Z8 b9 p, i
Remove the check mark next to "Automatically Detect Settings"- {; ~3 \% E/ Y5 `
Click Ok

The user will now be able to visit University of Alberta websites again. |
