The way to resolve this is to have the user open Internet Explorer and go to 4 l$ H% z5 u4 nTools -> Internet Options . k# q' @; d' W8 \& O/ L1 eClick the Connections Tab0 t6 I. P' p2 N& u; m0 m! K* {
Click the the "Lan Settings" button ( T* _# `3 {' b: BRemove the check mark next to "Automatically Detect Settings"9 k) D. C; y5 Y5 Z
Click Ok! ?: x; n4 r% |
Click Ok8 X/ |1 Z9 ?( U1 a, t6 N( f
$ A: D- E& O5 D# R4 x5 Z
The user will now be able to visit University of Alberta websites again.
