Responsible to provide electrical design expertise to internal and external stakeholders. + Y F/ N) u6 W4 t5 L1 Z K
2 I8 s2 D, c# N) ?( GResponsible to lead a team of technologists and CADD operators to produce new or modify existing electrical drawings in support of engineering and operations projects. 7 ? s5 k. q2 Z! k2 M

Electrical critical drawings are up to date and accurate

Achieved through the review, update and development of electrical critical drawings (main power distribution switching diagrams, single line diagrams, P&ID's and communication diagrams) at all Enbridge CDN facilities by:

Performing site audits with operations personnel to identify existing information gaps and incorporate findings, Z( ]# f/ H6 ]: `1 u, S$ B/ { e
3 v; B/ y6 q2 F* ?6 mEngaging with LP, MP and regional operations engineering groups ensuring that critical drawing requirements are properly addressed throughout the project stage gates, 9 `$ u/ O, |$ i. ~- `

Developing and enforcing a plan to ensure that once critical drawings are made current that they are maintained and kept up to date,

$ U& b3 X1 x2 N7 S6 x+ ~Performing quality assurance checks on 30%, 60%, 90%, IFT and IFC design drawings developed by engineering service providers,

Applying design expertise with a goal towards continuous improvement.

Electrical Engineering Technologist diploma from a recognized technical institution.
$ ]" }( Q7 v8 h% o s, k+ P* A" e' v# n" v% S/ b
10+ years of progressively complex detailed electrical design experience in an engineering environment.
0 K/ l+ }, d5 C. M* l) t# F( x2 I- i- h: N6 X+ h
5+ years AutoCAD experience.
- v2 Y5 `% {3 \" ^( X+ i7 g! \2 q( @: m1 |: G4 H' I
Registered Engineering Technologist (RET) or Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) desired. * |8 V' z0 v/ N1 Z# \& I( Q
