Position Title: INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
Job Description/Duties: Provide assistance to users of the Web Delivery Tracking System (WDTS) by: identifying, investigating and attempting to resolve user or system related problems; referring technical problems to specialists; logging requests for service; following up that requests are closed satisfactorily. Provide one on one training on the use of WDTS as required; prepare user documentation; review requests for training; follow up with users. Assist System Administrator in meetings with system programming staff to discuss and resolve user defined problems or needs for system changes; participate in meetings to discuss system enhancements, change definitions and planning of system change implementation; test system changes and recommend acceptance. Assist System Administrator in setting up new users with appropriate roles and privileges. Operate and apply the advanced features of application programs to maintain, update and produce various reports, statistics, summaries, graphs, charts, tables and other data summaries and analysis for stakeholders. Good understanding of relational database concepts and architecture and SQL.
Qualifications: Good understanding and hands on development experience of Object-Oriented programming concept and C++, Java and VB. Quick learning skills and an ability to quickly understand new systems.
