During the Christmas season, summer and its body-conscious state of mind

at a party or dinner, you can have Christmas food and enjoy it. While you seem
' v2 w$ S" |" d6 @4 m, ~0 pto be eating heartily with a smile, the key is to have a secret strategy of 1 C$ X5 s7 u6 l  P( c; f$ `
moderation. It involves sticking to a plan that can be called 'Eating on a
* ~6 E& y5 [2 D  w+ w7 C& kBudget.'0 A6 E; _$ V0 v% b7 p  b, @

are offered. It will seem as if you aren't in the spirit of the holidays

?A practical way to partake in Christmas goodies, for example, is to ) |" j6 S2 ?# @* x8 V) I) O; k
substitute some holiday cookies for say the bagel that you usually have with 4 x- [. @1 q' i1 M9 L
breakfast or for a mid-morning snack. And instead of just taking one cookie, 9 ]+ Z$ r  M* _7 c. |4 F7 @
from the platter, which is noticeable and likely will encourage a colleague to

play. You can then enjoy the cookies over two or more hours,ed hardy hoodies, because nobody will

?Another strategy is to bring - bake or buy - low calorie Christmas cookies $ j  {& R& |9 w- j, b: E2 o$ O) ]
and candies to work to counteract others that are being offered. Since eating
. O+ z( K6 F! \$ k; w! `healthy is highly encouraged, health-conscious cookies will not be looked down 9 ?+ B' O, V1 I
upon so long as they taste great. A box of sugar-free Christmas chocolate / Y; X6 q/ ?5 b% J9 l* ^5 n  u
candies for example will look just as delightful as regular chocolate candies.

should be carefully watched.
