therefore doesn't produce the same feelings of guilt. Nevertheless, its not a

8 W; F3 ?) c( _" e9 \eat yourself into a resolution to 'take off a few extra pounds' if you can ( F8 A5 K4 x# |! {- W2 k3 Q
smartly avoid it?7 B8 B2 `( o" U$ o$ o! Q# B
?Whether it's sharing cookies and candies at work, or having an evening out 2 D8 G! @2 o, h' t9 t- L( u. U
at a party or dinner, you can have Christmas food and enjoy it. While you seem
# @4 o0 w; w. I* yto be eating heartily with a smile, the key is to have a secret strategy of % S$ t1 b# w- s* m
moderation. It involves sticking to a plan that can be called 'Eating on a
7 C) h: C/ s' T0 r, ^8 nBudget.'% @* Q' Y& ^2 M5 ~) x

) b) Z1 _. s" d8 erelaxed mood, and the pace at work is usually slower. . x+ v+ }  r; j
?A practical way to partake in Christmas goodies, for example, is to
- W" @# {. f& d% L' Ysubstitute some holiday cookies for say the bagel that you usually have with
% k3 Z0 ?, l1 g, q8 Y/ w3 S' Zbreakfast or for a mid-morning snack. And instead of just taking one cookie,
/ P( S+ E  u0 J0 u$ t* ~from the platter, which is noticeable and likely will encourage a colleague to
8 g: Z% d: M$ E& ]8 o/ P6 b2 B, dtell you to have more, take three instead. That's where the plan can come into $ r6 h" E5 j1 g( c( L. z: Q2 q
play. You can then enjoy the cookies over two or more hours,ed hardy hoodies, because nobody will . R$ L6 `8 O/ Z8 w3 f+ Y
be watching how you really eat. You can always have a few candies, one cookie or

?Another strategy is to bring - bake or buy - low calorie Christmas cookies
4 M' E- X+ d0 D7 \, F# E* T( Tand candies to work to counteract others that are being offered. Since eating
+ I1 L8 f! t) ^0 o( P, `4 d: w6 Ihealthy is highly encouraged, health-conscious cookies will not be looked down , G; |2 Q8 O. R& |: i
upon so long as they taste great. A box of sugar-free Christmas chocolate , |% q& Q3 ~' R0 D# J/ w$ a! A
candies for example will look just as delightful as regular chocolate candies.

At a party where more desserts and sweets are likely to be available, a few of

then do so, but then second helpings have to be severely limited. The same is

during Christmas Dinner will be heavier, so by selecting portions wisely,air max tn, one ; U2 z3 n5 f" Y0 a# a
can always say truthfully that the stomach is full.
