Position Summary:
) U8 C9 F- C- B3 @ J" SThe IT Small Systems Specialist will be responsible for providing day to day technical support for SYSCO Edmonton. Responsibilities will include equipment management and support, basic network support and troubleshooting.

§ Provide high level of customer service to internal customers. q- d {/ j8 H
§ Provide small systems technical support; troubleshoot problems and either resolve them independently or coordinate third party involvement in resolution 5 r- n; X0 J+ C2 W* y
§ Hardware and software installation, configuration and implementation

§ Special projects as required

Position Summary:

H/ Y, z+ B3 |The IT Manager will provide hands on management of all aspects of the local IT operations for SYSCO Edmonton - managing the information systems on a cost effective basis while ensuring user demands are met. This person will work closely with the SYSCO Canada Corporate IT group (located in Calgary and Toronto). 0 G N5 B& t4 D7 y% ^7 k! M

§ Manage and track all technology assets including ensuring that all software licenses are documented and adhered to7 U0 e# c" e" @. A+ `; ?2 u

§ Perform network administration at the domain level; managing user accounts and network access: ^! \8 \& g+ ^" l5 e6 I4 W1 k
§ Develop and maintain backup and restoration procedures

§ Manage user ID request and approval process in conjunction with Director of Finance
