After start 2-3 times, they will quit working, if you toggle the start and stop buttons on DCS screen , you will get another 2-3 running before they quit working again.

We isolate the network control and use the local start and stop only, the problem remains." E ~8 i, h6 v d; x* m
Swap one of the defective buckets with a good one, the new bucket works fine.! `! Y* F, S, j; f0 y
The problem should be inside the bucket.

When the problem happened, we observed that the contactor has a pulling action but will not seal.0 j4 q* b! }9 u5 K, I5 e2 F
Use a terminating screw divers to push in the contactor, it will not seal either.
+ Z; K# ^' G8 e9 Q5 e8 I2 pConfirm with TECH support this should be a problem with the control circuit board inside the advantage starter, we bought two new control circuit boards and replaced the old ones, the problem is still the same.3 C6 W, `1 C( y: ]' {, r

The next thing we can think of is the coil, we took the coil out to have a close look., C; i9 f, e" M/ [' S5 i0 m
They have a fork to pinch inside the two leads to make connection, it is not a good design at all. We soldered the connection and tried again.
1 ?1 l/ ^1 ~* |$ l It is getting better this time, we have 7-8 times of running before it quit working. " h: j) K. N) w* ?) |6 d

The coil should be the problem, we ordered two of them. But it will take 5-6 weeks for us to get them.
