After start 2-3 times, they will quit working, if you toggle the start and stop buttons on DCS screen , you will get another 2-3 running before they quit working again. ' i6 u. b* j' _
It is a cycle.

8 D7 u% l q4 \% O8 SSwap one of the defective buckets with a good one, the new bucket works fine.
& y; x+ ?# Q" \4 }The problem should be inside the bucket.

When the problem happened, we observed that the contactor has a pulling action but will not seal.
/ b- C5 a8 ]7 a, Y, b# uUse a terminating screw divers to push in the contactor, it will not seal either.
) c9 X; n/ O1 @Confirm with TECH support this should be a problem with the control circuit board inside the advantage starter, we bought two new control circuit boards and replaced the old ones, the problem is still the same.

7 O! s+ b( N+ t0 T4 SThe next thing we can think of is the coil, we took the coil out to have a close look.( a* T* ^4 k# p1 x3 m9 Z; P9 O
They have a fork to pinch inside the two leads to make connection, it is not a good design at all. We soldered the connection and tried again., C" U4 e# b) F# S& U2 h
It is getting better this time, we have 7-8 times of running before it quit working.
