Need plumbing work done for basement reno, pay cash!!!

I am doing basement renovation and need set up a small kichen and 3 pieces bath room plus a small laudry in basement. Is there some plumber want earn some extra cash at weekend. please give a quote for these work if you want to do this job. I can pay cash, but must pass the City of Edmonton's Audit and get the plumbing permit.
