# s9 _2 c+ L# f% a, ]* n2 R' a1 U•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
8 Q0 R) _8 O6 C, d# M•        Identification and replication of software defects  
% F( @+ T5 g% S9 {9 _- T0 ?•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
•        Managing customer expectations
& l7 ]$ b$ s) z•        Documentation of technical procedures
- P7 S7 Q3 \! V; n' h: L•        Trouble shooting client network issues
•        Optimizing system configurations  
•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)
•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.
•        Site services worldwide

•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin

Skills and Knowledge Required
•        Customer service skills
•        Technical writing skills
•        C++ development skills
•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.
•        Network trouble shooting skills
: A% ]0 }( T5 q; p•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills
$ ]! ?; d3 h5 [! ?# z- o# h•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)
•        Ability to work independently

Experience and Education
5 \2 U/ P3 H! ?0 v' d0 A•        Technical degree or diploma
•        2 years experience in a technical support role
