•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
•        Identification and replication of software defects  
3 Z  G% d2 E, T* U5 J8 K# T•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
•        Managing customer expectations
- f, J7 [. w1 R4 h6 K5 b•        Documentation of technical procedures
•        Trouble shooting client network issues
•        Optimizing system configurations  
) u6 I/ r% Q- s) k! f•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)
•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
2 U% j' R4 `% v6 [•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.
•        Site services worldwide

•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin

Experience and Education
•        Technical degree or diploma
