# s9 _2 c+ L# f% a, ]* n2 R' a1 U• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
8 Q0 R) _8 O6 C, d# M• Identification and replication of software defects
% F( @+ T5 g% S9 {9 _- T0 ?• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients . x* a' T* H0 V7 ^
• Managing customer expectations
& l7 ]$ b$ s) z• Documentation of technical procedures

• Optimizing system configurations 8 s8 o7 c8 y. n

• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system 1 i/ j T/ O2 P3 K4 C& i0 ^

Experience and Education
