Position Responsibilities:
4 E; @7 `$ K+ k5 C8 S9 D• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control% M/ o) Z9 R0 e p" X
• Identification and replication of software defects , E% y# X/ A4 ^# m9 W1 L* I
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients 7 H$ ?; [: M$ w# W( I
• Managing customer expectations . d7 ^/ f7 }/ B7 [
• Documentation of technical procedures 1 r+ e- @( V) [. i1 N' S l
• Trouble shooting client network issues & b' ~9 M. b. \8 D
• Optimizing system configurations 2 |4 c: |7 F( u' B) A
• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) " R t! f* v/ Z/ G
• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
