• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
* K. m: v, Z2 ?8 d• Identification and replication of software defects % S* f, ]1 C" Q" r9 C- z- ^( R
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
. Q2 [/ q4 p7 G- C• Managing customer expectations

• Trouble shooting client network issues
+ n0 |& e+ [9 B c• Optimizing system configurations
