•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
' O2 c# h& A7 a3 [" R+ y$ v% ~•        Identification and replication of software defects  
& i" C4 o' T+ b6 a: @•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  9 |+ |% [- G- Y8 U
•        Managing customer expectations

•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system

•        Customer service skills
4 E: o- D1 S+ H& j0 H•        Technical writing skills $ K% y- Z3 C! m9 m; a
•        C++ development skills
4 F0 y( O# b7 u+ a3 X" ]•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.

•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments

•        2 years experience in a technical support role
