•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control- j: g8 m* k0 t$ e# e& [
•        Identification and replication of software defects  
. p* p% _) K  H8 i8 I( ]•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  ! I3 }. I+ d7 P0 l
•        Managing customer expectations
& H4 ?* t% G* H2 w$ C: s3 k- N! n•        Documentation of technical procedures

•        Optimizing system configurations

•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.
