9 o) Z* B3 M0 [7 W7 E• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control: `/ v! b4 ^8 V5 N$ ^* Q9 K
• Identification and replication of software defects
- W b) m. O4 H' p• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
8 M# R4 k. @' x2 k, k: ]0 i• Managing customer expectations 1 E! i! k" o/ w- ~
• Documentation of technical procedures
6 a, u$ a) s( w/ p• Trouble shooting client network issues ) \1 M5 s5 b+ r# G4 Z
• Optimizing system configurations 2 z& T6 q+ I' ]6 @* P
• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) . T/ B, p. E5 G6 B
• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system - {3 J( B/ G' X; d
• Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

• Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin

• Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.

• Excellent interpersonal and team skills

• General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)
