Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
6 |+ i! H+ f) f* QAssign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
( e# @: l5 v2 Z5 F! }+ H1 TAuthorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
Sell merchandise to customers
Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
; w% u7 }5 |0 o% g6 @" T4 UMaintain specified inventory and order merchandise
& p$ R3 w! E/ q, q' i7 Y/ UPrepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
1 \4 {$ F( n" x2 hHire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

        Completion of secondary school is required
