% H6 k8 @/ B4 N9 G, X# O- Prepare and mix metalizing solutions according to formulas or specifications
' J/ V0 H8 X  p& x( ?& K- s+ \- Operate and control electroplating equipment to coat metal and other objects
7 a9 k9 _4 n  P" ^" m$ w- Operate hot-dip metal plating equipment to galvanize metal and other objects
- y4 g, {! l9 |# W- l3 J- Tend automatic metal coating machine which conveys objects through series of cleaning, rinsing and plating solutions
- Operate spray equipment to build up worn or damaged parts or to bond protective or decorative coatings on metal objects
- h5 Q& ]( T1 ?) o, P7 R1 Q- Check proper thickness of plating using micrometers, callipers or other devices
* f9 u+ G" H/ C/ N4 c0 }) h- Clean and prepare metal parts for coating
- Tend ovens which cure metal coating
Requirements:
; ~8 e, Y: F( ?  X/ U•        Completion of secondary school is required
