I think, here we also need 论坛公约 which shall been always put on the top of web page. The board moderator can cancel any writings if that violate 论坛公约.6 \( J" e7 X% W& M

Do you think so？ if every body follows论坛公约, we will feel more comfortable as browsing the web side.
