I used to be a member in Chinese Anglers Club in Toronto, They have论坛公约 : G% z0 F( D6 \http://www.chineseanglersclub.ca ... ;ID=2520&page=1 [" U4 a/ ^/ C( YI think, here we also need 论坛公约 which shall been always put on the top of web page. The board moderator can cancel any writings if that violate 论坛公约.& p; x3 M/ d2 G- g

2. Don`t belittle others: 不说激怒人的话包括；我不行/我怕你得了吧，把….揪出来，这小子，你有哈了不起……. & d N0 r: v# aDo you think so？ if every body follows论坛公约, we will feel more comfortable as browsing the web side.
