I used to be a member in Chinese Anglers Club in Toronto, They have论坛公约

4 T0 K: Y; q2 _  t! ZI think, here we also need 论坛公约 which shall been always put on the top of web page.  The board moderator can cancel any writings if that violate 论坛公约.
