fun可以是名词，比如

0 r5 \" r  f9 v' U% @We stayed in Hong Kong for seven days and had a lot of fun.

也可以是形容词，比如
' f5 G& R9 ], }$ L" W/ p1 b- c
I think the most fun place is the Disneyland.
& W8 `$ a% R3 J: V
为什么用the most fun place 而不是 the funnest place呢？这是我在CBC听新闻学到的。我猜想原因是the funnest place 和 the funniest place 意义不同但发音一样，为了避免混淆，不用funnest这种形式。

$ ]* }& T4 O. L8 `2 @) Tfunny大家都知道的意思是可笑，滑稽，或者有趣。

但我最近发现在英语里，funny的一个非常常见的固定用法是用于发生某些巧合的场景。

That's so funny. They called me right before you came.
