2. Add mixture of eggs with 1.
3 d' W4 T8 H: }6 q+ O4 q3. Add warm milk, mix until sugar melt completely
9 K( S4 |' V1 ~/ q4. Filter out the solid stuffs (important step,不然烤好會一粒一粒的)
# K! B; Z0 ~" Q. Q5. Preheat ovan to 170C(~340F), bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water

sugar 40g+30g

1. heat milk and wipping cream to almost boiled

3 b$ Q# v8 ]' g- }, F4 F3. add 1 with 2 with another 40g sugar (kinda too sweet for me)

有蛋白就會比較凝固
