1. Melt and mix cream cheese with sugar (around 80C)

5. Preheat ovan to 170C(~340F), bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water

1. heat milk and wipping cream to almost boiled. g# W1 A% [/ A6 t
2. beat egg yolk with 30g sugar 1 u/ P# ]3 X6 P9 w7 f- g
3. add 1 with 2 with another 40g sugar (kinda too sweet for me)% q/ H2 {0 V( ~: b2 h$ _9 H% `' P
4. add with 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, mix well r5 ]' H/ v7 j& w6 M7 ], S
5. Preheat ovan to 170C, bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water

有蛋白就會比較凝固
