对于区分 can 和 can't 有困难的人士,曾经有个建议说 用be able to和be unable to来代替。 ' C" i; e4 m+ J6 P+ B( g1 x. [6 h% d8 Y' C# \: S: I. b: n+ V6 b7 U m
7 q# U" H6 O! c
( b- P _0 U: v( [" \: I. G
比如,The rules can't be enforced. The rules are unable to be enforced. The manager was unable to enforce the rules.
$ f, }7 m, ~' w/ [- a4 D! gcan not 是不能- ?- |5 b( {) w1 z9 D+ I. Q
not able to 强调没有能力去作 # P! M2 q/ r9 Y$ Y: i三思 发表于 2009-12-30 13:53
