outlook 2007 快速增加联系人

, r# i: P  z2 K( m+ O& W( P% Xoutlook express 有自动添加联系人的功能，但是microsoft outlook 把这个功能被取消了，说是垃圾邮件太多没有自动添加的必要。习惯了contact book，没有不是很方便。西人网站有这种 add in但是收费不菲。而手动添加一项一项的也比较麻烦，一个相对比较省事的方法是从邮件里添加联系人，具体方法如下：

0 x' \" {$ t! q% ~4 O$ G2.In the From field, right click the name of the individual you wish to add to Contacts select Add to Outlook Contacts
" s  O+ }: Y2 V' a9 I2 R& gThe Contact dialog box appears with some information completed for you.
