• Negotiate contracts for best overall value (cost, quality)
+ i- h4 I6 P5 ?: r2 A• Evaluates and administers agreements for contracted services including preparing new contracts, contract renewals, and contract amendments.
' Q" ^5 J; Q& m! x( a; b; Z; Z• Create bid packages (Tenders, RFP¿s, RFQ¿s, RFI¿s, etc) and assist in evaluation of bid documents with recommendations to award. + Q; p, E. _' A" G6 L- g
• Ensure contract compliance with SOX and the organization¿s business process requirements;+ I3 H. q, m2 y9 ^/ T* o5 A7 H
• Resolve issues raised and ensure full execution, internal and external distribution and systems updates; / Z6 d; w7 n7 u8 p) P
• Perform applicable post contract award management activities;

• Post secondary education in any of the following: Law, Business, Finance, Accounting, and Commerce; 8 }: O. n5 {. Z0 p2 a; T
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills; ' O0 X" C6 G7 d5 u3 _. Y
• Ability to prioritize and adapt to change with professional etiquette is a must;
