• Negotiate contracts for best overall value (cost, quality)
/ v+ H$ F+ _5 s* [4 t* V v• Evaluates and administers agreements for contracted services including preparing new contracts, contract renewals, and contract amendments.
- j N# j% H+ V# J• Create bid packages (Tenders, RFP¿s, RFQ¿s, RFI¿s, etc) and assist in evaluation of bid documents with recommendations to award.
) k9 G# B2 V6 C• Ensure contract compliance with SOX and the organization¿s business process requirements;2 p( K! y H# G+ A3 B |/ a
• Resolve issues raised and ensure full execution, internal and external distribution and systems updates; ! O/ T( p. |. G
• Perform applicable post contract award management activities; 1 Z+ Q- X( ]* G) E y. p
• Deployment of existing company systems for Tendering and Contract Management activities (ProCon, SAP, etc.).

• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills;
& _1 D* \ S) J; ]4 |& V• Ability to prioritize and adapt to change with professional etiquette is a must; ! a% U9 p7 \% k% O5 [7 v. C4 G
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and SAP. |
