Job Duties / Responsibilities6 [5 \9 w' \: L; ]( g% W+ a/ F( l
• Negotiate contracts for best overall value (cost, quality)
+ |' ^. s w8 V! S5 O& ^4 s" |• Evaluates and administers agreements for contracted services including preparing new contracts, contract renewals, and contract amendments.
! s0 o& w5 N# T1 S4 i• Create bid packages (Tenders, RFP¿s, RFQ¿s, RFI¿s, etc) and assist in evaluation of bid documents with recommendations to award. 2 G1 g! p- {% \( F5 U+ D! `
• Ensure contract compliance with SOX and the organization¿s business process requirements;3 j8 Z7 V8 n& T( P$ k
• Resolve issues raised and ensure full execution, internal and external distribution and systems updates; $ \/ [$ B% w8 Y& H9 j3 d1 F `$ z
• Perform applicable post contract award management activities; - Q- \ ^5 p; V6 ^
• Deployment of existing company systems for Tendering and Contract Management activities (ProCon, SAP, etc.).; k. W( P6 z& c3 ~5 [* n% p

Education / Experience3 C+ }3 }% B6 p4 Z
• Post secondary education in any of the following: Law, Business, Finance, Accounting, and Commerce; 8 O) L/ O6 @5 k5 C; T" V7 |
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills;
! w* G6 H( M d; }8 g• Ability to prioritize and adapt to change with professional etiquette is a must;
