Job Duties / Responsibilities0 h& B& [) w8 f0 y3 P. z" J$ d
• Negotiate contracts for best overall value (cost, quality)
A+ X! f' x$ x, h• Evaluates and administers agreements for contracted services including preparing new contracts, contract renewals, and contract amendments.
# A6 E. w$ h2 B8 o! V) F8 ]• Create bid packages (Tenders, RFP¿s, RFQ¿s, RFI¿s, etc) and assist in evaluation of bid documents with recommendations to award.
/ O, }5 S+ A, E' A {- w9 `+ \# ]1 N• Ensure contract compliance with SOX and the organization¿s business process requirements;
$ ?, U5 _% G9 r% h1 J6 ?7 Z0 V• Resolve issues raised and ensure full execution, internal and external distribution and systems updates; % @; L; M5 ~. K+ [7 k2 g8 R; G; t
• Perform applicable post contract award management activities; 4 D' f% r9 Z& f0 v/ F2 C7 ^9 h1 ~$ t
• Deployment of existing company systems for Tendering and Contract Management activities (ProCon, SAP, etc.).

Education / Experience" H5 T/ Q4 N+ |6 V
• Post secondary education in any of the following: Law, Business, Finance, Accounting, and Commerce; $ {1 l: M# k6 a/ n& M) W
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills; 9 P1 _. d' b# I+ F
• Ability to prioritize and adapt to change with professional etiquette is a must;
* w, R7 r! R5 r& h' A6 W• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and SAP. |
